Make Tea

I really enjoy drinking tea. I like to think of it as one of my favourite past times but after a serious folly concerning tea making (hot water tap) I decided to put together a manual.

Connoisseurs know that tea is not something to be taken lightly. The following is a method of tea making, a method I have been brewing for many years. You might no agree with it, but it is simple, straight forward, and now there is no excuse for a crap cuppa!
